Terms & Conditions

Seller: Get Grow Online (hereinafter referred to as “GGO”)
Purchaser: (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).

Duration: Services are offered for a period of one (1) year.
Website Development: Development time is estimated at 15-20 working days, subject to client response time.
Inclusions: This package includes the design/development of up to 10 Pages & 20 Products.
Content: All web pages will be static. Data, images, and videos must be provided by the Client. GGO may source materials from online open sources if required but does not edit Images, PDFs, or videos.
Intellectual Property: The website layout, design, and source code remain the exclusive property of GGO.
Attribution: A “Get Grow Online” website link must be compulsorily added in the footer.

Server: The website will be hosted exclusively on GGO’s server space. CPanel/FTP details will not be provided to the Client.
Hosting Timeline: Website hosting must be completed within a maximum of 45 days from the date of finalization (as per the pro forma invoice and after clearance of balance payment). Failure to do so may result in a late fee.
Domain Authority: If the domain authority lies with the Client or a third party, GGO is not responsible for any harm caused to the website/results due to IP changes or domain expiry.
Service Expiry: If the website/domain expires, the GGO promotion pack service will automatically expire on the same date.

Keywords: Promotion packs include up to 20/50/100 main keywords (and 200/500/1000 sub-keywords respectively). Sub-keywords will be decided by GGO.
Keyword Cities: Sub-keywords will be generated for only three cities: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane. Additional cities or countries are chargeable.
No Guarantees: All services are offered without any performance guarantee regarding the number of business enquiries, confirmed orders, or exact search engine rankings. No one can commit to a specific position/rank.
Reports: Promotion reports will be submitted a maximum of four (4) times a year. The first report will be provided 35 days after keyword confirmation from the Client.
Commencement: The Google Promotion year will start from the date of the keyword list mail sent by GGO.

Annual Maintenance: In a year, a maximum of 3 changes will be free of cost. This does not include layout or color changes.
Theme/Template: Once selected, the theme/template will not be changed. Changing it will be chargeable.

Commencement: Work on the service shall commence only after the clearance of the cheque or pay order.
Payment is Non-Refundable: Payment is not refundable under any circumstances.
Late Payment: Failure to clear payment on time will lead to a work stoppage and affect promotion reports. A late fee will be applicable.
Google/Meta Ads: Available in 3, 6, 9 & 12-month packages with a minimum lock-in period of 3 months. If the Client discontinues the service after commencement for any reason, the amount paid will not be refunded.

Renewal: Renewal is the extension of the contract period for continuing the subscription. Renewal charges will be decided by the management at the time of renewal.
Contract Year: The year will start from the domain booking date (if booked by GGO) or the website hosting date, whichever is earlier.

No third party (other than the Client or GGO) should have access to the domain control panel details.
